    I had the worst experience in this place. I had found hair in my ice cream, I went to show the hair to the staff, and the owner told me that it was my hair and it wasn´t his fault. First of all, they are not wearing hygienic caps to prevent these accidents, and secondly, they are blaming the customers without any proof. The owner spoke to me in a really rude and bad way. He also shouts at me. He is a very disrespectful guy and everyone has to know it before deciding to have relaxation time. (THIS IS NOT THE PLACE).

    Incredibly nice and delightful homemade Gelato! We tried their alcoholic-based cocktail ice cream scoops as we've not tried anything like this previously and it it didn't fail to impress. Quantity sizes were similar to what you'd also find upstairs in neighbouring Westfield, but we thought the quality at Bertotti's was just better.
