AWFUL experience with Bert & May. Spent a fortune and waited 8 weeks for tiles, the tiles are poor quality and absorb all dirt. Was told I didn't seal them, so bought expensive product to lift dirt and seal, but the tiles quickly started absorbing dirt again. Have been having a dispute with customer care team and it just feels really nasty, they are being unpleasant, unkind and difficult, to the point where I have consulted my lawyer. Would never use again and would spread the word to not use this company.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs. We ordered tiles 7 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. Several times we were told delivery dates by customer service but these kept on being revised backwards - incredibly unhelpful not to be upfront about when our tiles are going to arrive. We now face losing our builder because of the delays and also being in a situation where we have guests staying and no functional bathroom.

Bought some split shift hand made tiles. Very inconsistent finish and would not recommend for any interior project (look good on insta though I guess! Lol). Heavy, thick and crude would be my honest description. The cost of returning was so exorbitant it made it almost a total waste of time, losing about 50% of what was paid. I did check descriptions / terms etc before purchasing but I would strongly advise to give serious consideration before making any order.

Wouldn't let us order 5 tiles despite being happy to pay over the odds for them by ordering 5 samples and paying for separate delivery. Customer service makes you feel like you are doing something illegal by buying their products - just weird. Really weird. Found the same tiles elsewhere at half price and was just able to order 5 no problems. Their loss I guess.
