The 'manager' of this store is a terrible ambassador for the Bershka brand. She is badly turned out, wearing scruffy clothes, and incredibly unkempt in appearance. I am shocked that this person is allowed to interface with Bershka customers she is both unfriendly and aggressive in her approach, and more concerning is that this person has been placed within a leadership position managing a young team. Leaving both a terrible impression of the Bershka brand and Inditex group to both consumers and I am sure employees.

Great items, reasonable prices, just wish there was more staff… The only staff member we saw was in the changing rooms. She was quite rude to us when my partner was about to put items on the rack as he didn’t want them, we were having a conversation about what we just tried on and she interrupted us telling him to put the clothes down. She seemed to the only staff member working so I imagine that she was probably just stressed out, but honestly the staffing issue was just a let down. Even at the self checkouts we were having issues with one of them and pressed the call for help button, no one came and then it said that we needed to get staff. We ended up just using another checkout in the end.
