My advice would be to proceed with caution. Our experience with Berry Telecom was one that involved a misleading and disingenuous approach to sales that resulted in a soured relationship. Below are the details of the discrepancies raised: Lack of clarity – when signing a 5 year lease deal on a phone system, it was not made clear at all that the agreement with Berry was a 7 year deal. At the point of signing, I understood I was signing for 5 years. Why would anyone sign a 5 year deal on a phone system and a 7 YEAR deal with Berry? (I understand the sales person in question left the company soon after.) Lack of transparency – On reviewing the documents, I would draw your attention in particular to the part on the 'Maintenance Agreement' that says: <<Number of years included in system package – 1>> ... And then underneath, in a font that is deliberately smaller in font size, so as to suggest it is of less importance, it states: This is a seven year term… I would argue that the customer agreement is unclear with a very small type script and the use of a numerical reference only. Should be clearer. Read the small print and approach carefully. I would not engage Berry ever again.

Been a customer for a year and we have had nothing but issues, unstable internet, a substandard voip line with a mobile app that doesn't work, a computer dialler we were promised that we can never have as they don't support iOS, call logs not showing up calls, the list goes on. They've frequently confused us with another client with a similar name, they have caused us no end of issues and are currently refusing to release us from a 5 year contract despite all the issues, will be taking this to Ofcom shortly, but in the interim await to see if they at least release us from a very poor broadband contract.

This company is a total scam. We are with them for almost a year. There was not a single day when we did not have interruptions and now we do not have any service since last Friday. They add charges to the bill and are unable to explain what they are for and when we requested any additional services - they add roughly 150-250 each month to our bill. Avoid at all cost.

A truly awful company. Not delivered on their promises and they couldn't give a s#!t about me as a client. Their sales-people will tell you whatever they need to in order to get you to sign up... Fixed price terms offered and they've tried to put the price up twice. Free support for two years - they tried to charge us after year one. They tell you that their products and services are superior to everyone else... They are not. They are the same as all of the rest only way more expensive. They get one star as they have backed down on a few things as was originally agreed but only as they've been caught out. If one company doesn't sign up with them as a result of reading this then at least one thing good has come out of me doing so. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
