Hi hope you are all well I was just seated outside looking at my phone I turned and looked and noticed a member of your staff a female member wrinkled face heavy black eye make up white blonde stared at me which I thought was disgusting I also feel that as I window shop your staff your staff members constantly stare and watch me closely I find this behaviour rude not to mention racist and makes me uncomfortable about coming into your shop and turns me off buying jewellery from your shop. I do hope that you don't behave like this towards customers particularly those who are coloured and Asian

Been a customer of this jewelers over the years and it's all ways been a very good but unfortunately when I visited last weekend I wasn't greeted very well, I was told at the victory quarter branch appointments only and refused entry this has never happened in the past, when I called to make a appointment I was told to go the this branch when we arrived the door attendee was very reluctant to let us in all this made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was some sort of criminal that was about to rob the place very disappointed.
