Karen and Diane are a spectacular team! They went above and beyond my expectations and delivered 5 star service with a smile (and even a coffee!). Went in with a smashed wing mirror which needed replacing. Karen was smart and asked if I still had the mirror backing which I did and she managed to save me a good chunk of money off the quote I was originally given by the mechanics. Excellent eye for detail! Highly recommend their services, keep up the outstanding work!

I purchased a vehicle from Croydon Mini. 3 days later, the oil warning light came on, with the level at minimum. There also appeared to be a few oil spots on my driveway. The dealership then 'inspected' the vehicle over the weekend and stated there is no evidence of an oil leak. I will now be monitoring to see if the oil level dips or there are any further oil spots on my driveway. (Edit - since re-receiving the car, there doesn't appear to be any further oil spots or warning messages, at least as of today.) It is also worth noting that the dealership refused my rejection of the vehicle / request for refund....so any future buyers from this dealership should take this into consideration when making a purchase. In addition, I am frustrated that despite clearly telling them to register the vehicle in my wife's name which they acknowledged, they ended up registering the vehicle in my name...
