My partner and I do not recommend this agency at all. We tried to book viewings to 2 different properties that never happened. The first property was scheduled for a time and day convenient for us as we worked until 2pm and they were aware of it. Even so they rescheduled 3 times to different hours without even calling to warn, just changing by text message. The second property had to schedule two visits because the first one was canceled due to the agency not having the keys to the house and the landlord having to be present that day, hours before he said he can no longer attend the visit that day. We rescheduled for another day and we arrived 30 minutes earlier at the property at our option as we always like to be on time. 30 minutes before the agency called warning that we will have to cancel the visit because the keys were incorrect. We were tired of this whole situation and the agency employee was extremely rude saying unprofessional things like "what do you want me to do, have I told you it wasn't our fault?" in an unfriendly and unprofessional tone. She absolutely wanted us to reschedule the visit for another day, which we refused because there have been many cancellations and errors from this agency. Very poor organization and unprofessional of some part of this team, we do not recommend it to anyone. Run away if possible.

This was my first time buying a property and Bernard’s estate agents were amazing. They made everything seem easy and fuss free from organising a viewing to organising me access to the property so i could measure up for furniture. I also used their mortgage adviser as i was completely clueless and Vicky was the best, she got me the best mortgage and happily answered any questions i had. I will definitely use them again in the future.
