Sold our Bungalow in New Eltham through Bernard Skinner. Dealt mainly with Amanda, who did a great job. Very proactive in dealings, kept me updated on progress and any problems that arose. Due to solicitors apparently haggling over details the process dragged on for about 5 months. In all that time Amanda was 'on the ball' throughout, acting as a liaison between the buyers and ourselves. There were a number of times our solicitor updated us on details that Amanda had already made me aware of weeks beforehand! If Amanda was not available there was always another member of the team who would field the query. My overall experience of Bernard Skinner was very positive, and I was extremely pleased with the service they provided.
