I'm not sure where to start with how happy we were- still our- with our experience from BCH! We're hired a campervan to take us from Berkshire to the Outer Hebrides in April and honestly, the whole thing was a dream! Being virgin campervan-ers, from the get go Steve was beyond helpful and even let us go over in advance to choose the van- the service was absolutely impeccable, and we got our deposit back immediately afterwards. Whilst we didn't need to as the we 0 issues when we were away, we felt 100% confident we could call Steve at any time with any concerns- a very friendly, approachable guy whose services we cannot wait to use again. We ended up doing over 1800miles and had no complaints at all- fuel was really efficient too, and we only filled up 3 times. The van itself inside was spotless, very comfortable (bed far more so than I had anticipated!) and well thought out, and we had far more amenities than we actually ended up needing- everything had been thought of. We did 4 nights of wild camping (rest of time on campsites) and had everything we needed thanks to water heater, non-electric heating and onboard shower! Berkshire Campervan Hire - faultless from beginning to end. Steve promptly replied to our initial enquiry. Communications continued promptly and efficiently throughout the engagement from beginning to end with all our small questions answered clearly and patiently. We had hired a larger motorhome from another local business last year and wanted to try a smaller Campervan this year - and BCH had a suitable vehicle available. The whole hire process was clearly explained from the start, so there were no nasty surprises along the way. The Campervan pickup process was very clear, with Steve explaining all about the facilities the van offered - and pointing out the comprehensive instruction manual supplied. He even told me to call him should we have any problems while we were away. We had a very relaxing week away, the return process was painless, and our security excess deposit was back in our bank account within 24hours. I'd certainly use BCH again and will be recommending them to friends.

Berkshire campervan hire were amazing. It was my first time in a campervan. Steve and Hayley are warm friendly professional people. From first contact I felt relaxed and comfortable. Steve guided me through the whole process. Communication was clear helpful, The whole booking process was quick responsive and uncomplicated. Pick up of the vehicle was smooth and easy, then we were on the road. Steve even checked in with us to ensure we were ok and to reassure us help was on hand should we need it. Return of the vehicle was also quick and smooth. My deposit was returned in less than 24 hours. AMAZING!! Definitely would use this company again.

Steve was very helpful throughout the whole booking (and it wasn't easy for him - we had to reschedule twice because of COVID). The campervan was in really good condition, was very practical (we were amazed how much we fitted in) and easy to drive. Would definitely recommend.
