Had a brilliant girls night out in April. Thomas (manager) was attentive and so funny. He made our evening. If hospitality doesn’t work for him he should take to the stage!! Food was great too.

Tasty food but arrived after an hour of waiting. TERRIBLE rude staff. AVOID. I notice you respond to reviews that comment negatively about staff as 'oh I hope you are able to give us a second chance' which makes me and other reviewers look like WE are the ones that need to change OUR attitudes? Or like we were having a bad day? How about truly looking at what people are saying and investigate just how your staff are making customers feel. I'm happy to talk to anyone there about my experience and off YOU advice on how to fix YOUR problem. Please take accountability and not heap it back on customers and potential customers that have to come back and waste more time and money on staff that are unsuitable for their role.

Since the revamp of Berkshire Arms the portions have increased and the quality has upped by a mile! This has started to become a regular pub to go to for my partner and I. The staff is very professional and friendly and could warmly recommend the camembert starter for 2, but oh my is it filling!! Just waiting for an occasion to be able to get the duo of Korean chicken that always seems out of stock when we go there. :)
