Absolutely filthy throughout and falling into disrepair. Do they even employ cleaners or maintenance staff? Random cables sticking out of cracked ceiling tiles which haven't been fixed for months? Years? Staff are friendly enough although replicate with bored looking teenagers. The place is going to absolute rack and ruin, classic case of a community asset being sold to the lowest bidder who clearly doesn't care.

New changing rooms are great but toilets in other parts of the centre are awful. No toilet paper, disgusting loo, mirror a mess, hand dryer lacks any power. Sort it out BLC. On the plus side, friendly staff provide a good atmosphere.

I think this place is too expensive. I love to swim, but this place puts you off with the expense of a single visit. Plus, there are always swim lessons going on, so there is limited space for lane swimming, and the lanes are not that wide. I thought about membership but I don't get enough free time for swimming and the swim schedule is geared towards lessons so I'd be spending even more and getting the same service.

Nice swimming pool, but don’t look down. Really quite dirty especially around the edges eg steps. Changing rooms don’t get a thorough clean - same dirt on floor has been there for two weeks. Advise - don’t go barefoot Staff very nice .
