Very poor customer service. The women Michelle was incredibly rude & unfriendly. We went in for a baby passport photo & got barked at with constant orders…. Stand there, don’t do that, (at my 6 year old) you’re making shadows move! It was horrible. She made us feel so unwelcome & like we were inconveniencing her. Avoid this shop, it’s not worth the nasty vibes !

Very poor service. Both my husband and I found the lady working there very unfriendly and rude! From the moment we said that we wanted a passport picture done for our little baby we were being hurried. We were shocked by the unprofessional approach and unprofessional set up for pictures. There weren’t even proper photo lights or a professional camera or a tripod! After we got back home we realized that the picture we got is awful quality, so blurry that we cannot use it for our baby’s passport. We will be asking for a refund next time we are in Berkhamsted.

One of the worst high street retail experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment we walked through the door to ask if we could get a baby passport photo taken - something which most normal people would recognise is actually supposed to be a nice moment - we were made to feel as if we were a burden, interrupting the staff from reading the latest news on The Sun website... We received constant eye-rolling, were talked to as if we were stupid, rushed and just a really negative atmosphere. We both said afterwards we wished we had just left. We paid £10 for a photo and when we got home realised it was awful quality, blurry - will just take one myself with an iPhone now instead.

Price was great for a small demand. However, the customer service from the staff was rather poor. I felt as if I was a burden to them just by asking for their services. Regularly met with huffing under their breath and not a smile in sight. Had I not needed the service so urgently I would have been tempted to walk out and go somewhere else regardless of distance.

Excellent friendly framing and passport shop. The lady there took 2/3 photos to take a photo I was happy with and checked it immediately against gov website to ensure it was to standard (it was). Prices for multiple photos very reasonable too. Will always use for my and other family members photos going forward.

Very disappointed by poor customer service. My husband came to do passport pictures of our son yesterday. Pictures were printed, but passport photo requirements were not followed properly. Pictures are now unusable since my son is pursing his lips on the photo and they are gloss and not matt as requested. When I came to speak to ladies today they were very defensive and blamed us for not checking photos properly before printing. My husband said he was not shown photos for approval before printing. In any case I would expect them to know the passport photo requirements as professionals and offer a free reshoot in our circumstances, but they disagreed.
