Have been living here for over 3 years now, the development is really nice with super fancy facilities. Management company staffs are all very friendly and helpful! The location is just soooo convenient, you can almost walk to ALL grocery shops (M&S, Tesco, Sainsbury, ALDI) in less than 5 mins. You can also easily walk to various underground lines with 2 nearby stations (Edgware road & Paddington). Moreover, 2 best parks are at your doorsteps, I enjoy walking to Hyde park & Regent park when the weather is nice!

I’ve been living here since May 2021. The complex has everything to be one of the best places to live in london. BUT the Barkley group who built and manager the properties is just the worst you can imagine! We’ve been experiencing lack of hot water and heating in our apartment regularly since November 2021. They are never able to properly fix the problem and now they even claim “it’s a isolate case” been that many other apartments has the same issue. If you’re considering moving/buying here: bare in mind you might face this kind problems and be shocked with how apathetic they will be towards this kind of issues! THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING/RENTING HERE!!!!

This location is really central, however the local area is a bit run down... especially the church street market. Really hope West End Gate can transform this area, open more higher end shops and restaurants.
