This year I underwent a revision rhinoplasty, performed by Dr Shoaib. The experience from start to finish was next level. Prior to going ahead with a consultation I was impressed with the efficiency of the admin team. They promptly answered any initial questions with detail and understanding. After expressing my interest Sanjay, from the clinical team, guided me through the next steps with professionalism and knowledge. I was made fully aware of risks, expectations and also alternatives to surgery beforehand and decided to continue with my confidence and trust in the whole team. The surgery by Dr Shoaib himself was flawless and exceeded my expectations. I was well looked after throughout the entire process and am delighted with the outcome.

I was incredibly nervous when researching surgeons for my rhinoplasty but I am so pleased I chose Berkely Square Medical! The team and surgeon ( Dr Shoaib) were so helpful and I was at ease throughout the whole process. My initial consultation process was very informative and if I had any follow up questions, they were promptly answered by the team. Even after the surgery I could reach a member of the team at any time which was very reassuring. I absolutely love the result, it looks natural and more in proportion which is what we were aiming for. I am so thankful to everyone at Berkeley Square Medical, they are amazing!! I was under the care of Dr. Shoaib and his team for my rhinoplasty. If you are an overthinker like me this is the perfect place to go as they constantly reassure you and are there every step of the way! I am completely obsessed with my nose, Dr. Shoaib went above and beyond and his work is a piece of art. it doesn’t look botched or like a typical barbie nose it looks extremely natural which is what I wanted. It’s perfectly small, has the perfect curve and the perfect tip I literally cried when I first saw it out of pure happiness. The surgery itself was a piece of cake, before going under they will keep talking to you to make sure you are at ease and the nurses after the procedure are extremely funny and talkative and happy to assist you in any way! Sanjay for my aftercare was there every step of the way, I had a few questions and all of them were answered he also was truly amazing. This is an impeccable team. If you are thinking of doing it, just do it. You will not regret it and I will continue singing the praises to Berkeley medical centre for the rest of my life!!

I wanted to write a review about my experience with Berkeley Square Medical so far. I am nearly 4 months post surgery and I couldn't be happier with my results so far. I've been doing my research for many years now and late last year decided to go ahead with it. I decided to consult with Berkeley Square Medical based on their reviews and patient images for Rhinoplasty. From the moment I contacted the practice to book a consultation, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism by the clinical relations staff. I had my consultation with Dr Shoaib and was made to feel welcome instantly. He explained in full detail how the procedure works, the recovery period and the risks. Dr Shoaib was very attentive when I was explaining my concerns and how it affects me. He listened and understood everything I said. I knew that he was the right surgeon for me as he understood my goals and was very professionally spoken about the procedure. I then had a little consultation with Sanjay, who was also very kind and professional. I decided to get some rhinoplasty imaging done with Sanjay, as I thought it would be good to get a better visual idea of my desired goals. Overall, my initial consultation was great and it couldn't have gone any better. The day of the surgery, I immediately felt at ease and wasn't nervous. I was greeted by the reception team and then met some of the nurses, who took me to my own private room. The nursing team were absolutely lovely and made me feel relaxed. I then got introduced to the anaesthetist who explained how anaesthetic works and answered any questions I had. I then met Dr Shoaib for a brief chat before my surgery. After my surgery, I was very well looked after by the nursing team who checked up on me every 5/10 minutes. I was then given lunch, which was lovely too. The nurses and Sanjay also went over aftercare with me in detail. I was then discharged when I was fit to do so. I was then chauffeured back to where I was staying which was nice. Overall, my experience with Berkeley Square Medical was more than positive. Dr Shoaib and Sanjay have been amazing from day one and I couldn't be happier with my results so far. My results are so natural (which was important for me) and compliment the rest of my features well. The clinical relation/reception staff are incredible. They were very prompt at replying to any concerns or questions I had and nothing was too much hassle for them. From the day I contacted them to after my surgery, I was given the same amount of expertise from them. A big thank you to Niya, Nina, Monica and the rest of the team. You are all amazing! The nursing and anaesthetic team were great and I felt very well looked after throughout my surgery. I can't fault them at all! You have all made such a big difference in my life. I can put the negativity behind me and look forward to the future of being more confident in myself. Thank you!

Berkeley Square Medical was the first clinic that I arranged a consultation for, and after speaking with Dr Shoaib, I knew I didn’t need to look elsewhere. He ensured I thoroughly understood the risks and we discussed what could be done for the results that I wanted to achieve. All of the team at Berkeley Square looked after me so well on the day of my surgery and made me feel completely safe and comfortable. Dr Shoaib did an incredible job on my nose and I had the easiest recovery and loved my results as soon as the cast was taken off. Dr Shoaib (Rhinoplasty) and his team at Berkeley Square Medical have been absolutely fantastic. From phoning me when my surgery had to be cancelled due to a positive covid test result and fitting me on the next surgery date to responding to emails within 30 minutes about general enquiries, the customer service is second to none. The communication has been incredible and they have been so accommodating. As for Dr Shoaib, I wouldn’t have wanted another surgeon. I was incredibly nervous for my initial consultation but left feeling entirely put at ease and comfortable. He understood my issues with my nose and helped me reach an informed decision weighing up the limitations and risks. Even at 3 months post op I am incredibly happy with the results and would recommend him to anyone. My surgery was functional and aesthetic due to a deviated septum and despite being uncertain of the outcome in terms of improving my breathing, the results have been amazing and I am beyond pleased. I feel I have the nose I was meant to be born with - natural looking, proportionate and functioning.

I am 3 months post-op rhinoplasty and couldn't be happier with my result. Going into my journey I knew I wanted a natural, more feminine look. After my assesment Dr Shoaib agreed that was possible and was able to provide just that. Dr Shoaib was honest and clear through the entire process, which made me much more comfortable. Additionally the supporting staff were amazing, especially Sanjay who is a ray of sunshine. Couldn't recommend enough. Choosing a surgeon was probably the hardest and scariest part of the journey and I am so grateful to have picked the right one!
