Worse agency ever. After giving a beautiful review they became complacent. I have to chase my payment every week. Had to chase a particular payment for over 4 weeks and now still chasing a payment been over two weeks. I hear other staff too have similar issues with payment.

My experience with Berkley Scott couldn't be as life changing that I initially imagined, the process of joining this work force was warm and exciting . From the first phone call I experienced with Molly to the eye watering payslips at the end of the week it couldn't get any better. Every word of advice and reassurance from Molly was helpful,caring and professional. I could always rely on her to offer me a helping hand whenever I call off sick or whenever I'm feeling down and can't get out of my bed. The agency's support was invaluable and I can't recommend it enough. They know exactly how to deal with me which is the reason why I enjoy working for this company which is totally my type on paper. Apply, initial interview with Molly, acceptance letter and then shifts simple as that. If anyone wants to change their tax brackets Join!!!!

An ok company though customer service could be improved generally speaking consultants Isaac, James, Emily Carter and Nick work hard to maintain a great work relationship with staff. More training opportunities inregards to FOH and BOH more flexibility needed in order to rotate staff and utilise their skills so that company will be able to retaining staff numbers and other than that it's a good company to work for.
