I live just down the road from there show home and last night as I was walking back from the shop I'm crossing the road one of there vans turns down the road I'm walking across the driver sees me and rather than slowing or stopping to let me go he accelerated so I've had to run across the rest of the way when i turned to look at the driver he was smiling at me I have called the office today and put in a complaint but i thought I would put this here so if you visit n see one of there vans driving around be careful

I’ve always been a bit wary of new build sites but it was such a relaxed atmosphere, the staff were really attentive and had a great range of knowledge compared to other new builds I’ve visited. House buying is so stressful but I didn’t feel that way when dealing with the Berkeley team.

My husband and I visited the site on Saturday. This was the opening day so was clearly busy but we were expecting this so we were fine with a little wait. We were impressed with the build quality and location and felt that your team handled the volume of potential customers with professionalism and helpfulness. We will return to the site on a quieter day. All in all very impressed. Thank you.

We too were thrown out of a show home at the weekend. We had successfully looked around two of the said 'show homes' when a young girl made us leave the third. We were obviously very unwelcome. Do the developers actually want to sell any of their homes? I think not if this is how they carry on, they clearly have no people skills or customer service skills. All they appear to be doing is trying not to sell their homes to their customers.

Awful experience when visiting the new Berkeley development in Hawkenbury. My daughter and I were treated like criminals when we entered one of the so called "show homes," and summarily ejected by a trumped up girl who had no customer service skills whatsoever. We were asked how we would feel if strangers were walking around our house! We tried to speak to the manager in the sales office but we not taken at all seriously. Obviously we hadnt turned up in a flashy enough car, and clearly couldnt afford their houses. The local residents have had to put up with dirt and dust all over their property and cars for months whilst this new development has been growing, and now we are being treated like dirt by this awful organization who clearly have nothing but money on their minds. Do they actually want to sell these properties? They won't if they treat potential customers this way. Please stay away!
