A recent convert to Berkeley Farm Dairy after a price hike from our previous provider. Products are fantastic, deliveries are always on time and the dairy products are delicious. Very convenient to add odds and ends on, and unlike other providers they aren't extortionately priced.

A guy knocked on the door took details and the milk delivery started. Numerous calls were made to Berkeley farm to pay them but to no avail. The details their sales representative took were incorrect.The number on their paperwork was wrong by one digit so they say. No email was sent from Berkley farm. Suddenly they stopped delivering milk and a letter came through the post. If someone calls leaves messages trying to pay. How do you justify taking them to the baliffs and tripling the amount owed. Anyone signing up with Berkley farm 10 green bottles ensure that they have set up a payment system. Their app and payment link do not work. The number on the website when you call no one picks up, when you leave a message they never get back to you .They will take you to the baliffs yet you the customer are chasing Berkley farm to pay them.!
