Poor quality of the equipment, a lot of problems in electrical and pipe, MVHR structural. It’s horribly! After 3 year, the wall has appeared quite a few crack line from ceiling to the ground! Most of parts are hard to find the same model. If you have problems , they never reply you. Don’t buy any of property which it’s developed by Berkeley Homes. Same problems in different projects. !!!
