This company isn't just professional, highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, but clearly genuinely committed to making sure that you are making the right purchase and are completely happy with it. My 1920s French art deco natural Burmese ruby, diamond and platinum ring is certainly the loveliest piece of jewellery I've ever owned, and Berganza took endless care in communicating with me about it and having it resized to my requirements. Stones are reliably certified by a proper authority and Berganza's representative supplied me with a great deal of interesting information about the history of my ring. Packaging and presentation are, as you would expect, of impeccable quality.
