I'd like to take this opportunity to really thank "Gabby Giedraite" for providing an excellent service so far on our property search. It's been like a month we've been on and off travelling to Chelmsford to find the right property and not able to make it till we approached Beresfords / Gabby sometime last week. Then Gabby had given us viewing for Saturday and considering the A12 road closure, we couldn't make for 1130am viewing time. Then we called up and Gabby was able to make it for late in the afternoon for us and came all the way to show us the property and detail around as well which really helped us to consider and finalise our move. And over this week, Gabby has been on top of the things to get our IDs and verification and we paid our holding deposit as well which was well progressed just as Gabby made sure she progresses the things for us.
