Well, the only thing I can say about this dealership is "Absolutely First Class". I went to look at a particular Maserati (after looking at numerous others) and after arranging an appointment to view it, set off on a rather long journey. When I arrived, I was greeted and made to feel very welcome, then left alone to view the car. It was immaculate and I subsequently purchased it. The team there were fabulous and there was no pressure at all. I am absolutely delighted with my car. A BIG Thank You to everyone at Benz Bavarian.

I rarely leave reviews when purchasing a car, as, to be honest, they have not been experiences worth sharing. However, my experience with Benz Bavarian has been absolutely exceptional! From the moment we just wandered on to check out a Merc CLS, I have been nothing but impressed. The CLS was nowhere near the most expensive car they had there, and there's some beautiful cars too, but I've treated like a Queen 😁. We had the pleasure of dealing with Neil, who kindly let me sit in the car, look under the bonnet, and check everything out. Also a test drive, with no strings attached, as I wasn't 100% sure what I actually wanted. We went back for the test drive, and I fell in love with the CLS. It wasn't quite the spec I really wanted, but I was so impressed with how Neil looked after us, and that meant more to me, than a sunroof! I asked for black wheels, as they needed refurbishment, I got black wheels. I asked if they'd put an aftermarket black grill on, well of course, and I knew it was a pain to do. Black badge, yes. I collected the car today, and honestly, when I turned up, my heart missed a beat, they'd even put a big red bow on the car, just to finish off my sparkling new (old) car. I have never been treated this well, with any car I have ever bought, gone way beyond your normal car sales. They actually, yes, sit down, yes they CARE about you! Thank you so much Neil and Briony at Benz Bavarian, if I could give you more stars, I would. I am hugely pleased with my purchase! 100% recommend Benz Bavarian!
