Really friendly staff particually with our special needs residents. Belle in particular as she was able to sign and make alterations to the meal to meet the needs of our residents .food was lovely we will be returning soon.

Lady who took order was very nice friendly Food not so good. You can’t call it a toastie when you serve 2 slices of barely toasted floppy bread with ham and cheese thrown in then throw n grill for few minutes. Cheese n lumps melted bread floppy n barely warm. Not worth £4.25 not even half that. Advertising sweet treats noting like the delicious looking cakes in these pictures the choice. Scone, cake that looked as if had been there ages and a Carmel cake hardly sweet treats. It was cold inside I appreciate its half covered in glass but there used to be heaters now nothing so very cold Sorry won’t return as all 4 of us disappointed ☹️ 2 stars because the lady was very friendly and helpful

In here presently, staff are fantastic, they made mums teacake exactly as she asked, panini was lovely but the main thing is how they are with their customers, so friendly, welcoming, nothings a bother, you can see they actually make people's day, especially the elderly customers. They should be so proud of themselves !! Wheelchair accessibility: Got mum's wheelchair in fine.
