    Nice dealership but fairly small! Was expecting to see more cars on display and a larger on site stock but I understand they are in the process of moving to a new location thus operating between two premises. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Happy to accommodate and they are not pushy at all. Would definitely visit them again should I need to make a future purchase.

    I bought an ex-demo car from here and was very impressed with the level of service which was given. I dealt with Simon from my initial enquiry to handover and I was very happy with his knowledge of the car and the process was very efficient. A condition of purchase was a wheel refurb which had previously been done but had a minor 'finish' discrepancy, whilst there was a delay of a few days with the refurb - due to the wheel not being done to perfection - they lent me a 3 month old Bentayga during this period which I consider to be 'above and beyond' what most other car dealerships would offer. The car was handed over freshly serviced, with a full tank of fuel, battery trickle charger (in original box) an unopened bottle of oil in the boot and fully valeted - looking like new. In other words, no attempts to cut corners after the headline price was agreed. Whilst I did not proceed through the HR Owen insurance brokerage I was very impressed with the level of cover and terms which they obtained including 'agreed value basis' and 'fully comp. cover on any other car' I have only ever seen this on classic cars before. There is a closer Bentley dealership to me (a mere 1 mile away) however based on my dealings with Bentely Hertfordshire so far, I will use Bentley Hertfordshire for servicing etc.. during my ownership.
