I called in to see if they could reset my lane assist on my GT Speed as I could not find how to do it. The salesman came out and it soon became clear he had as much idea as me! I asked if a technician could have a quick look. No he says they are very busy and we are one down. I was told to bring it back in on Friday. I called another dealer and they explained that the reset switch is on the indicator stalk. I shall not be using Bentley Hampshire for my servicing as all it needed was the sales guy to ask a colleague or technician and my journey would not have been wasted. Poor service in my view.

I recently purchased a Continental GT from Bentley Hampshire but when I got home I noticed that there were some marks and scuffs on the wheels. I reported this to James O'Toole, the sales consultant that sold me the car, and within a very short while he arranged to collect my car to carry out the wheel refurbishment. What particularly impressed me was that there was absolutely no quibbling and I was loaned a brand new Continental GT convertible whilst my car 's wheels were being refurbished. Fantastic service!
