    Dear Viewers, Today, I contacted Bentley Chelmsford - Grange Motors to find out the availability and suitability of the Power Steering Central Hydraulic Fluid (CHF) product for my BENTLEY Flying Spur. My call was attended by Mr Wesley Knowles and he has provided very good advice and spent significant time helping me to identify the products. He went on to provide explanation with other similar products which has provided further clarity on the product similar to CHF 11S and CHF 202. His knowledge is very good on Bentley cars. He even took extra steps to cross verify about the products and location of the refill container/parts in the car itself. He is brilliant. Now, I have ordered the product and it will be delivered to my house next Tuesday. Overall, the service is excellent and I will go back to Bentley Chelmsford - Grange Motors for my future services and parts requirement.     I have dealt with many Bentley dealerships over the last 12 years and this has to be the worst experience I have encountered with Bentley. I don’t want to sit here and explain everything in detail but Mathew and Nick both know why this review is here. However, Nick did apologise but Mathews initial contact was shocking and left a sour taste in my mouth.
