Traveled here with the intention of buying a Hypnos 03 mattress, walked upstairs to a completely uninviting atmosphere with a group of employees sat down huddled in the middle of the store, talking loudly with each other and having banter, most on their phones not even looking up, some glancing at us but pretending we weren’t even there as we looked around. Clearly nobody had to desire to help us, so we wandered next door to Furniture Village to happily find they also sold Hypnos and were expertly assisted into making a purchase there. Glad our journey to Romford wasn’t wasted in the end 👍🏻

Good place to buy beds. Comes with 5yr guarantee which is included in the price itself. It is not the case with many other companies. My only feedback to Benson's is to add more colours and styles to the beds.

Bensons canceled 1st time, 2nd time only half stuff came, 3rd time again pillows outstanding, and guys could take up one of the large boxes and where not willing to open the box and take the stuff up. 4th time redelivered the same box and left it in my hallway on ground floor. I stripped the box down with my wife and simply took the parts upstairs and still there are pillows outstanding. Not bad Bensons from early 1st delivery was on July approximately 9th and now it’s 30th September 2022 and still can’t get it right. Never again Bensons. Thank you
