Went in store as a friend was looking for a particular mattress unfortunately they donât sell it, the store manager said the mattresses Iâm looking for is the worst one going and she had one and it broke (obviously a lie just wanted a sale) she was extremely forceful in to trying to get my friend to buy the eve mattresses when he doesnât want it and then began to call us âknow it allsâ because we didnât like her attitude or terrible advise! Terrible staff and management all round worst experience Iâve had even asked whatâs the point coming into a store when we know everything. Shame she couldnt get off her seat and talk with us in a normal manner, fat and lazy doesnât want to know and has no customer service skills at all.
