AVOID!!!! £700 buying my daughter a new bed . Still charged £30 delivery the drivers where disgraceful didn’t know the order brought in the wrong order even though we told them the order and they starting to argue with each other in the street. Get bed out to build and botch job is the best I can call it the frame has been ruined and isn’t fit for purpose . Call the branch useless said we get new frame out but might be over a week said not good enough as my child now has no bed. Call the customer service team send them photos and videos and he even said that’s awful and complete “cowboy” job offers for me to go to Argos and buy a mattress and will re in burst I said no not good enough. Been told nothing can do replacement will be sent in 7-10 days. Disgusting service do not use them the fact they have the nerve to charge for delivery after you spend £100’s is disgusting they don’t care.
