    We hired bens bouncy castles for our sons birthday party. They were great! They were ready and waiting to set up when we got to the venue. And on time for pick up. They were so helpful, and set it up really quickly. The bouncy castle with a slide was a big hit at the party. All the kids has a great time. Would highly recommend!

    Have used this company numerous times over the last few years, the last two times have been really disappointing. The morning of my sons birthday party it didn’t arrive at the agreed time 9.30, after 15 minutes I called to ask and they said it would be at least an hour late due to the weather they were late loading the vans and advised me to put my party back an hour (impossible when you have 30 families arriving at an agreed time, caterers etc) managed to beg for an earlier drop off so it arrived only 20 mins into the party not ideal but we coped. Madly I booked them for my sons christening. Morning from hell the venue cancelled me at 9am day of event so I called Ben’s in tears to explain we had had to find a venue last minute and to give the new drop of address he said no way he could get it there (Borehamwood instead of St Albans, hardly the other side of the country) I offers to pay extra for fuel, be flexible on times but they were unwilling to help. Said it was loaded on a van going to st albans and absolutely nothing they could do. I will not be using them again.

Staff are friendly, the company is professional and reliable, they arrive on time, they are helpful and just perfect to deal with.. I wouldn’t use anyone else in the St Albans area - they also have a great range.
