***SOLD ME A DANGEROUS AND FAULTY MOTORCYCLE*** Well where do I start....purchased a ktm 990,bike was delivered and lasted 5 minutes,bike was faulty and would not run. Fuel cap would not open and silver paint overspray all over the back tyre. No delivery inspection was carried out on the bike before it was sent to me. The bike run for a short while and was revving itself on idle to 7000rpm I dealt with a very rude lady called nicola who completely disbelieved any of my complaints and proceeded to argue about the issues. She even advised me to ride the motorcycle that was revving itself to 7000 rpm 😅 apparently it would sort itself out.. Obviously I declined as this would have probably killed me,I think she is completely out of her depth when dealing with motorcycles and customers. Nicola advised me to contact a ktm dealer for the repairs, all dealers were booked up for 4-5 weeks,advised nicola that I could not wait that long and needed transport,was then told "it is what it is"....I requested a copy of the PDI inspection sheet and evidence of the engine oil service that I never received, nicola constantly told lies and fibs to move away from the problem. I decided to get a full purchase refund on the deal and was deliberately made to wait over 3 days before advising I would take further action,by magic the funds appeared in my account,she was obviously being difficult. I would advise anybody looking at bennetts motorcycles to be extremely carful as they sold me a dangerous bike that could have caused a major accident,the bike I was sold was a mess,would not start or run,fuel cap seized solid, overspray of paint on the rear tyre,front forks stiff/creaking and the rear shock absorber leaking. In over 20 years of motorcycling I have never dealt with a company this bad and could not care less. An absolute comedy show run by clueless clowns,avoid like the plague. A bunch of rogues. Awful company. UPDATE:Dan at bennetts was unhappy with my honest review. He then decided to be even more unprofessional and send some aggressive/rude messages on WhatsApp,truth hurts I guess. The fact is bennetts sold me a dangerous motorcycle that could have killed me,so watch out bikers and don't go anywhere near these con-men. Only have to see the state of the workshop..... Avoid!!!! 🤡🤡🤡🤡 Service: Delivery
