Really wouldn’t recommend this firm. Poor communication. Last minute requests for documents which could have been done in advance even though I told them I was on holiday. Unexpected mortgage charges at the end of the sales process which they didn’t spot. Now a year from my sale I am trying to resolve an issue regarding a service charge bond I paid them to keep, it’s been five weeks and still no replies to my emails….

I honestly cannot recommend Lucy at Bennett Oakley enough! I've recently purchased a new built property & the building company were extremely difficult to deal with from the moment we exchanged all the way to completion but Lucy was truly amazing and always available to help & advise. She even came in on her day off (a couple of days before Christmas) to facilitate completion so that we got the keys before Christmas. A common issue with solicitors tends to be lack of communication - not with Lucy!! Constant updates, responses within 24 hours and unbelievably attentive service - incredible value for money.
