I went with a friend on Thursday 13th October to Bennett and Bowman at Mitchell's Sutton Coldfield.We were served by a very pleasant and helpful lady regarding rugs. On Saturday 15th October I visited the shop again on behalf of my friend who had asked me to get a catalogue or the name of the rug catalogue.My friend does not have a car and wanted to browse the catalogue and then we were going to order a rug from Bennett and Bowman. I was served by a gentleman who unfortunately misunderstood my request for a catalogue and assumed that I was going to order a rug on the internet! Even though I explaines this to him he made no attempt to apologise! I can honestly say that in all my 69 years I have never been spoken to so rudely! It was the fact that he completely misjudged and disbelieved everything I was saying that caused me to feel so hurt and humiliated.I shall NEVER go to Bennett and Bowman at Mitchell's again!!!
