Excellent experience, repaired my late nineties citizen eco drive, managed to find a new movement without any issues and turned the repair around very quickly, this is something Citizen themselves were unable to do. Pricing was extremely fair and my favourite watch is now happily ticking again. Wouldn't hesitate to use again for any further issues.

Ben repaired and restored my 1921 gold swiss pocket watch after I had 2 previous watchmakers work on it. Not only did he correct previous work done by other watcmakers he made the watch work and look like it was new. I can't thank Ben enough, he is true craftsmen and a Gentleman to deal with.

Watch recalibration very accurate, Quality work at reasonable price, much more in town. 35 year old watch with broken stem and crown, £200 by Longines agent, Benjamin used only Longines parts, done in 5 days and a fraction of cost, runs like new. Would recommend to anyone with a decent watch for any repairs/servicing. Very professional and knowledgeable.
