I’ve used Benfleet waste for at least the last 15 years or so And today without any notice had skip taken off site a 1/3 empty I’ve called the office and been told my rental time is up and that they had called twice but I’ve not had any voice mail ….this is a poor show on your part not waiting to speak to me !!! never had this happen before and had great service in the past, but this experience has ruined it and to have no apology from the office staff and only told this is the way it works …now! IIf that’s the case I will be taking my business elsewhere Thanks for nothing Service: Construction debris removal

TERRIBLE,UNRELIABLE,Being self employed and having to turn work away as I needed a skip urgently on a certain day,I asked this skip company to deliver a skip for a morning slot which they said it shouldn’t be a problem.On the day of the skip being delivered I was up at 8 o’clock which every hour passed there was no skip to show for,I phoned at 12.30 to see what was happening and the reply was our drivers are on Lunch and your skip will be delivered this afternoon.Well 4.30 came no skip again I had to chase up where they were,no Communication from them to me again which is Terrible and there reply was we are short staff and struggling to deliver skips today which is Poor and shows they can’t deliver a service.So total waste of time and I’m out of pocket turning work down that I could of gone too.To Round it off I got a phone call the next morning at 8 o’clock saying the skip driver is on his way to drop the skip off which not being his fault I had to cancel as I was at work and again the company which can’t communicate properly to it’s customers didn’t phone me to see if I was at home for the skip to be delivered which I wasn’t.20 minutes later the manager phoned me and I told him what experience I have been through trying to get a skip delivered and asked for a bit of compensation off the skip price as a goodwill gesture and a bit of confidence within the company but he didn’t even want to know which tells me that there customers are not really important to there business at all.I believe there are more skip companies around my area that are reliable and want my custom and can keep the customer in contact and updated on the delivery of there skips.A waste of a day,my time and out of pocket I hope it doesn’t happen to another customer.

I would not hesitate to recommend the service from this company. The booking arrangements and office staff were helpful as well. The staff should be commended.
