Realised I had some unresolved issues that I needed help with and sought the help from Claire at Benefit Therapy. Personally I didn’t find it easy taking a first step into getting this help and was very sceptical about what help I could get from any professional but thankfully I was made to feel comfortable from the outset by Claire, following discussion and understanding my situation Claire explained how and why I had these issues then got to work on helping me to help myself, I was really surprised by the difference the sessions made to my daily life and I noticed the difference straight after my initial session as did my friends and family. I have put into practice what I have learnt, diverted from my old self to my new self, changed man, forever will be grateful, seriously can’t thank her enough. Would recommend to anyone in need of help or wanting to improve themselves for the better.
