Very slick sales operation by Miles and Ned but sadly not followed through in terms of work quality and responsiveness to resolve issues. We got our driveway sanded and resealed, installed lattice around the front boundary of our house including building some brick pillars and installing a side gate. While the work was being performed, it required constant intervention from us to spot issues and ask Ned to rectify these. There were several basic workmanship issues such as not aligning the brickwork correctly, pillars not joined to the base so at a risk of falling and hurting someone, lattice not aligned properly and despite sanding and sealing, half the driveway had gaps in it. While the work was being done, Ned was responsive to our requests to fix things and left the job promising that he would address any subsequent issues, however, 4 messages and 2 phone calls later, neither he nor his dad Miles have bothered to get back in touch. We are now left with a wobbly post to which the side gate is secured, 2 brick pillars that are not fixed and could fall anytime and lattice that is starting to come off due to not being secured properly. Really disappointed with the lack of service, response, professionalism and overall accountability for their work for which we paid a handsome price. Would not recommend!
