    I rang for an update on the 40 packs of noodles which were missing from my order yesterday I was told that foodies themselves made the mistake and the people packing it so I rang today for an update as to when what time they will come to find there putting it under investigation again when I've sent evidence that I ordered 80 noodles and was given 40. I put a review on trip advisor and was told because they resolved it to take it down and now somehow my noodles I rightfully paid for have been put on hold and I'm missing out on £14.99 and 40 packs less of noodles and I'm a regular customer. I'm appalled by this behaviour and I will take it further if I do not get either a refund or noodles as I paid and didn't receive them. I'll be reporting you to trading standards and will be talking this matter further. Regular customer getting treated this poorly how are you treating your new customers. Once this matter is resolved I will stop using this service and find elsewhere. First time having an issue and what a nightmare that's been, trying to say over the phone that everything was packed I might be the one who took the noodles out etc so wrong and disgusting and I am regular customer bare that in mind.

    First order with this company and was initially wary as I was ordering frozen goods. I received a phone call to say some of the items were out of stock and would be refunded, which was fine as the main items I ordered were being delivered. Very pleased to say all the frozen items were well packaged and received still frozen! Will definitely use this company again. Many thanks!

    I was my first time shopping through their app. I didn’t receive an email confirmation so I call their store to confirm order and delivery time. I ordered at 12:50 and received my order same day at around 6pm! Fast and impressive They helped me to check my order and called me back to arrange replacement or refund for what they didn’t have in stock. I even received text messages to confirm my refund and order delivery schedule. Very responsive! I agree with other comments that they need to sort out their stock and keep the app/website updates, but maybe they are lack of manpower or whatever, let’s give them sometime to improve their service. I have overall good experience and they have good prices in some of the items. I will definitely order again and wish their keep their service as good or even better. Keep it up 💪🏻👍🏻

    Ordered from here 2 weeks ago, paid for 3-5 working days delivery £5.49. Had a phone call the next day that i missed and left a voicemail saying 2 items were out of stock and would be refunded. Received a 2nd phone call the day after checking if i wanted refund or something else. Refund was processed quickly so i was happy. Emailed over a week later to say i hadn't received order to be told they had tried phoning and emailing to say it wasn't a 'normal' delivery whatever that means probably because i live in scotland, and that i'd need to pay £3.50 extra for delivery so basically £9 delivery for a £35 order. They need to update their website and also i see there were previous reviews stating they had issue with ordering and things out of stock which was supposed to be rectified. Thankfully refund has been processed but will not be using them again.
