Did not turn up in advised booking time (a 2 hour window). Claimed they did, but that "nobody was there". I explained that there was somebody there, as I had taken time off work to be in for that 2 hour window that they provided the day before. "Well perhaps they came earlier" was the response. So why did you give us the time window and then not come in it? No answer. Please Refused to send someone to do the job on a Saturday, which would mean taking more time off work...

Just had Marcin & Bogdan clean the barge board and soffits and gutters of my house . They were very professional , very helpful , very efficient and very polite and a credit to their company . They did an excellent job and my barge boards etc are now gleaming like brand new . Thank you very much

Poor customer service. No one turned up to our appointment on Sunday despite us waiting in at the agreed time. I asked someone to call me back on Monday to give them the chance to explain or apologise before writing this review, but have not heard anything since. Would not recommend or use again.

These guys were ok. I needed a leaking gutter sealed. They would only come out if I booked them to clear the gutters (and seal them). They were a bit pricey, £60 to clear the front gutters (1930s 3bed semi detached house) and £25 per sealant application (they did 3). It was raining so the sealant didn’t really work very well, they discounted my price by 26% as a result, but ultimately I was still left with a leaking gutter and out of pocket £100.
