This place is shambles. I didn't receive my order I paid for. I called morning of delivery to make sure it was still going ahead and was told it would be delivered later that day. Its never arrived. My Little girl was devastated as was looking forward to it all day. I have seen they have been on Facebook alot promoting selling products yet ignoring my emails. They won't even answer the phone to me. The least they could do is a refund or explain but they've made it so much worse for themselves. Vile customer service. At Xmas I had a bad experience and thought it was a one off thing but my cupcakes turned up broken and a mess sponge so hard we had to chuck in the bin. I was silly enough to go back! Don't waste your money and go here.

Oh dear. It went a bit wrong. I used to love the van and shop. I had a present of some doughnuts delivered to me recently. They arrived over an hour late (past 9pm) and they were stale. I asked them to rectify this as I know they can do better and they said they would, however they have now gone silent. Shame. I will be using Big Bakes from now on I think.

Don't bother, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to emails, facebook messages or Facebook comments. Ordered some brownies and after not hearing anything for a week and after numerous attempts to contact Ben, I finally got hold of him only to be told the brownies I ordered were for local delivery only even though that wasn't stated on the Facebook post or on the website. He said he would refund my order but 5 weeks later I'm still waiting and again, he ignores all attempts at contact so will have to persue a charge back claim through my bank. It seems I'm not the only person to have had this problem with him

This company was happy to take my order and money for my sons birthday and then nothing was delivered I spent weeks emailing and messaging them about my order with no response when I finally asked for a refund they said they would do this twice but didn’t when I tried contacting them through their Facebook and Instagram they blocked me worst service I have ever received and they still have my money

Ordered vouchers for Christmas back in November. They never arrived. Post was blamed but they actually NEVER arrived to two different addresses. Offered e-vouchers. Twice I agreed to e-vouchers instead and never got those either. Asked for a refund, never got that either. Eventually this month (February) I claimed the money back from my bank! Will never use them again and do not recommend! No products and no refunds seems to be a recurring issue with them!
