Damaged my lower back digging in garden. Could hardly move for 2 days without heavy painkillers or screaming. Could not get a GP appointment so went to see Ben. He took copious notes had a good inspection of my posture and back. Then performed massage, manipulation followed by a acupuncture in the space of 45 minutes. Walked in feeling miserable but walked out much improved. Liked the fact that he explains clearly what he is doing why he is doing it. Sent me home with some exercises which I'm doing everyday. Each day feeling a bit better. Will return for a backup session soon.

Ben has been absolutely amazing! After 4 years of suffering from severe back and neck pains from a car accident and struggling to look after my kids.
