We travelled for 1 hr 30 mins to see the property. Waited at the property for 20 mins and no one arrived . Rang the office twice and sent a message and no one responded. The agent eventually responded 40 mins after the agreed time and asked us if we could turn round to view the property. He then blamed the system for why he was late. This is completely unacceptable.
