  I think a 1 star is actually very generous of me. Nobody can reply to an email they owe me money back for my surgery i have emailed 3 different emails none of which are replying even though they have been emailing me off of them before. They said that they could keep it on file and in another couple of years i could go back and have more surgery but they had cancelled my surgery the day of and then i had to pay for a consultation with a new doctor to go with to eventually have my surgery the day of surgery i was told i couldn’t eat since the night before because my surgery was going to be in the morning. I didn’t end up going for my surgery till 5 in the afternoon no one was updating me threw the day i was just left in a room. I have emailed to be booked in and seen by my surgeon since my surgery and have had no reply for appointments with him. AVOID AVOID AVOID and when i call up they just fob me off saying the person i need to speak with isn’t on site and they will forward my emails on i can see from the reviews i am not the first person there doing this to.

  No option for 0 stars. Terrible place, bad cominication, they took £1000 deposit money, phoned me, told me I was quoted the wrong proce is was more money than stated. Then cause I didnt want to go ahead they wont give back deposit after they was the ones changing the price after I signed a contract. Reception bad at comnication, don't want to know about giving money back and really don't care. I wouldnt go here. Your health is important and this company really doesn't care about your health. I can recommend another place if you DM me, honestly put your health first. Don't have surgery at this clinic.

  How very strange that the recent 5* reviews for The Belvedere Clinic/Harley Street Group appear to be from reviewers based in the USA (see their reviews of other companies). If I was cynical, I’d think they could be fake as I’m pretty sure that there are many cosmetic surgery clinics in America so why would they travel to south-east London 🤔 The Belvedere Clinic/Harley Street Group/Cosmetic Surgery London Limited owes my daughter over £6300 and we have a County Court judgement to prove this. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE PAYING THEM A PENNY. THIS COMPANY HAS FORM GOING BACK YEARS!!! BELVEDERE CLINIC /HARLEY STREET GROUP - you appear to have missed a few dubious reviews from people who also appear to be based in the USA OR Canada.   Ovid because ur be disappointed in results, had ears pinned back that’s what I thought but there as they were before they was and I had two surgeries and they still look the same, something iv always been conscious of and was hoping to actually be able to tie my hair out without worrying about my ears and now I’m in the same situation but out off pocket

  Providing a 1 star review is more stars than should be awarded. This place needs to be audited. Two cancelled surgeries due to a surgeon being suspended and then the second being due to a problem being with the theatre. The process / operation of this place is dangerous and misleading due to their great pricing. I wouldn't put my partners life in danger nor would i want anyone's life put in their hands. We have now gone to transform at harley street. The service is thorough and professional. To make things worse this clinic has £12k of my money that hasn't been refunded nor provided any contact as to actually even refunding me. We are now in week two of fighting this. Be aware this company operates through masked companies for example- Medical commissioning ltd, harley street and then belvedere clinics. FRAUD WARNING !!! This company & Medical commissioning ltd have now emailed to say they will not refund any monies. They refer to sections 5.2 in the contract but this contract is only legally binding if i was to cancel the operation. They infact cancelled mine twice and now they are trying to keep £11,000 of my money. I have had to pay £550 to take them to court. **AVOID**

  I had a cosmetic procedure here almost 2 weeks ago now. This is the second procedure Ive had here,which speaks for itself. I cant praise all the staff enough; from reception to surgeon. Teresa, Lisa and Chell; thank you for being so professional, understanding and warm. Nothing was too much! Likewise to the nurses Sue,Aster and Belinda. Thank you. Today I had my second post op MLD with the lovely Ashton. She works wonders and I felt the effect immediately. Thank you. The theatre staff need a mention too as they were also amazing. And finally,my surgeon; Prof Alberto Di Giuseppe. A true gentleman; an artist, with the biggest heart. Thank you. I really can not fault my experience here; hence returning. Now I'm looking forward to seeing the results of my procedure. Keep up the fantastic work. I highly recommend this clinic.

  If you’re going to read any review - it should be this one! I was dealing with Teresa for the majority of contact, ie emails and phone calls and she was very quick at replying to anything I asked of her. Upon my first consultation, I originally booked with Dr Shadi Ghali. He was not available this day, so I was offered to see Dr Prakash. I’m a firm believer everything happens for a reason - and I was not disappointed. As I entered the room to meet Dr Prakash, he was very kind and I immediately felt very comfortable. He has a very strong energy & knows exactly what he is talking about. I have seen some comments about Dr Prakash being firm and he is. However, this is ONLY in the best interests of his patients and I truly believe this is such a passion, art like for him that he is very upfront and honest and to be honest that is something I wanted and instantly respected. I was very happy to go with Dr Prakash for my surgery. I then had my second consultation, and again I was very happy going over the details with Dr Prakash. The nurse that I saw afterwards was an older lady and she was very sweet and comforting and in detail told me everything I needed to know. On the day of my surgery I was welcomed by a lady (angel) called Lisa at reception. I told her that I was nervous and she instantly offered to come with me to surgery. She felt so mothering and kind and I accepted her lovely offer! I was then met by another lady, Astir. She was so sweet, funny, accommodating and showed me to the room, which was immaculate. She couldn’t do enough for me and she stayed with me the entire way. Give this lady a pay rise!!! She is amazing!!! She made my experience so special and she really is a little star. The Anesthesiatist met with me and he was also very good and comforting. Dr Prakash came to see me - he really is such a lovely man, I couldn’t praise him more. As I was taken down to the theatre, Lisa (the receptionist) turnt up in her scrubs and she held my hand until I was put to sleep and she was very caring. I was quite anxious and she has a lovely maternal way about her and I just felt very safe. Thank you Lisa!!! Back into the room, and was given food and drinks which was nice - and there was a lady there (I can’t remember her name!) but i think she was new. She kept checking in and couldn’t do more for me, laying my blankets, bringing me water and chatting with me when I was briefly on my own, very kind, funny and very attentive. Dr Prakash kept checking in after every patient he had which I really found to be not only professional, but it made me feel looked after, and although he was extremely busy, still made time for me. Thank you! Astir was so sweet and I was sad saying goodbye to her when I left. I am a week post op, and I return soon to have my stitches out for breast enlargement. I already feel so confident, I feel so good about myself and already so happy with the results. I cannot say thank you enough. I’m genuinely excited to go back and see everyone again! I completely sympathise with peoples frustration during covid with their ops being moved, but please if you are going for surgery here you WILL be very cared and looked after. Thank you all for making a daunting experience an amazing one. Dr Prakash - an extremely high energy, professional, kind, honest, funny man and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  I had my breast augmentation on 23rd July 2022 and it was such a amazing experience. You have your own private hospital rooms the staff come to check on you individually, choose your meals own private bathroom and tv. The surgery was quick and perfect everything went well and all the staff private nurses and surgeons was amazing. Love my new breasts will defiantly book here again!
