Stephanie gave our dog Tara a dignified cremation. We were able to spend time with Tara before she was cremated. Stephanie is an incredible person with an abundance of empathy and understanding. It felt like she cared about our wee dog who we had for 17 years. I'm so glad I didn't use the bigger company that the vets use. I wanted to personally take my dog and know it was her ashes I was getting back the next day. I've never seen anyone do their job as well as Stephanie does hers. Thank you. My wee precious dog Elvis is back home after the dedicated love, care and professionalism received at Beloved Pet Funeral Care. Stephanie and husband Graham have been so supportive and considerate from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough. From collecting my wee boy from vets and bringing him home after his “individual “dignified cremation i can honestly say they have been truly amazing and I sincerely thank them from the bottom of my heart for how my wee dog has been cared for. I did my research - and was worried about other pet cremation places and not getting MY wee dog back home but when i saw and looked into this service, i new in my heart that i had chosen the right place and after speaking to Stephanie, i whole heartedly trusted them 100%. I got my wee dog uplifted from vets and the very next day he was back home where he belongs. I hope this review helps any grieving family choose the correct place to care for your pets at rest.

We would like to thank Stephanie and Graham for the care and compassion in our hour of need in saying sweet dreams to our beloved Brodie. Their farewell room is beautifully set out with a lovely calming energy within the room, which made it easier to say goodbye to our lovely fur baby. Stephanie was lovely to talk to, making us feel comfortable and reassured that Brodie was in caring and respectful hands. On receiving Brodie's ashes in a beautifully wrapped and presented urn, we discovered a lovely hand written card with a touching sentiment as well as a lock of Brodie's fur and 2 paw prints. A five star review. Our lovely dog Shiver was collected from the Vets on the same day as she was put to rest. Stephanie let us know when Shiver was collected & taken into their care. On Tuesday, we were informed of when the cremation would take place. After that, Shiver's ashes were brought home to us with a beautiful presentation bag & a sympathy card for the family.
