I cannot recommend Liz's classes and the overall BellyTots membership enough. I began my journey with BellyTots when 12 weeks pregnant with my second baby, attending the amazing pregnancy yoga each week in the evenings. It quickly became the highlight of my week and was a real oasis of calm, helping me to unwind, move, stretch and bond with my unborn baby. I really came to cherish that time just for me and baby in an otherwise hectic week! Liz would always make sure there was a theme or specific topic for each class, ranging from postnatal health, advice and helpful tips for mums to be, drawing on her extensive experience in antenatal preparation and scientific knowledge. Once my son was born I really missed this class! Liz also offers an amazing 1:1 birth reflection and 'rewind' package which I also undertook as the birth approached. This was literally life changing for me: I was able to process and understand my first birth and go into my second confidently and calmly, armed with a plethora of both practical techniques and new approaches to managing the rollercoaster of birth! My son arrived happy and healthy after a positive, amazing birth and I can honestly credit Liz for truly making a difference to my experience this round as a second time mum. If you are in the same situation and worried about your next birth, I cannot recommend this service enough - you won't regret it! Liz's newborn support group was invaluable as I then got to grips with newborn life, and I was easily able to transfer my membership to a new class. Every week I would look forward to meeting other mums, talking through our experiences and having access to a variety of support included within the class, for example breastfeeding advice, while also learning some simple baby massage and yoga techniques. Liz was so kind, understanding and made you feel right at home with a smile and a cup of much needed tea at each session! When my son reached 4 months, we 'graduated' the newborn stage (I even got to wear a cap and gown - yay!) and moved onto weekly baby yoga classes which my son absolutely LOVES. Gentle movements combine with singing and sensory activities such as the parachute at the end of each session to create a beautiful little class which is perfect for my son as he learns to roll, stretch and move in different ways. Liz also runs special events such as 'Daddy and Me while Mummy has Tea!' in which dads can bond and experience a class with baby while mums enjoy a cuppa and a cake (or two!). I attended the Christmas event which was such a highlight of the festive season and gave my husband a chance to meet other dads too! So worth it and highly recommended! What Liz does best is providing a wonderful opportunity to make exciting and special memories with your baby as well become part of the BellyTots community - I have met so many other mums who I speak to and meet with regularly, bonding over our shared experiences and supporting each other during and beyond the end of each of Liz's sessions. I haven't been to better mum and baby groups and cannot recommend BellyTots enough. If you are in the Ruislip area and are looking for baby groups, do not hesitate to book a trial class and get yourself a membership - by far the best purchase I have probably ever made as a mum!

I’ve been really enjoying my experience at BellyTots with Liz. I started going In early pregnancy to yoga which was a relaxing treat each week, also very informative as she discusses many subjects around pregnancy and delivery which helped me approach birth with a positive mindset. Now I’m enjoying after birth classes like newborn mum club and Pilates. It’s been great for sharing new experiences and advice. Highly recommend to new mums and mums to be.

Bellytots is an amazing company run by Liz. She is very passionate about what she does and is very good with both children and parents/Grandparents. It shows when she takes time and interest in intaracting with the class. My son started in Baby Yoga Nurture at five months old and absolutely loved it. We have since done several different classes run by Liz and he has enjoyed each one. We now attend Baby Yoga Explore and since I've returned to work, my mum now takes him instead as he enjoys it so much. he is currently 19 months old so we have a few terms left until we sadly will be leaving when he is 2 years old. If you are looking for a Baby/ Toddler class i would highly recommend attending any of the classes.

I’m so grateful I found Liz when I was pregnant with my first! The help and support she offers from pregnancy through to toddler is amazing - it’s so good I’ve come back twice more with my younger kids! 👍🏻 Highly recommend her classes for both mumma and baby (and dad occasionally)

Bellytots has been part of my baby journey since early pregnancy and been a godsend to keep me calm and realistic about pregnancy and having a baby. Liz goes above and beyond to care for ladies, always giving personalised support with kindness. Now my baby is 6 months and we've been really enjoying the baby classes. It's been the best baby classes I've tried as always feels like home with fun for babies and mums and been a great way to make friends. I would really recommend bellytots.

Absolutely loved Liz’s class which I found out about late so only went with a 2 week old (you can go to same class through pregnancy). Then didn’t ever want to leave; I kept going until baby was 4 months old and have now switched to “strength and stretch” class which is also great! The pregnancy and postnatal class offers invaluable time out from hectic (and occasionally overwhelming) life with a newborn with a friendly group, comfy sofas, tip sharing, advice, support, endless tea and hot chocolate! The time always flew past but we were never thrown out when we ran over just chatting to Liz and each other.

I have been to lizs classes through both my pregnancies and after. She is so supportive, knowledgeable, provides excellent classes and is super lovely. The pregnancy class is so relaxing and supportive and you get to meet mummas close by who then go on to attend a newborn club. This has been SO helpful to get out and have a cuppa made for you with your newborn. Liz can help with any worries or queries and provide advice or point you in the right direction of support. I have made some lovely friends through newborn club it's a great support system. I can also recommend strengthen and stretch and baby yoga - all are fab! Can't recommend liz, her classes & the bellytots community enough!
