Great little shop with lovely cards that you won’t see in the big household name shops but I often wonder why it does not open at 8am so as to catch the vast numbers of people commuting to work or going to/coming back from their various trips to the schools, nurseries, crèches and the 2 hospitals a mile apart in the area, a good number of whom will want to pick up a last minute card or gift for a loved one, colleague etc.

We visited this store when we popped into Didsbury to collect something, the store was really well designed and put and we ordered a mirror from the store for our house. The store packed it for us and on arriving home we noticed that the mirrors were cracked at the bottom on both sides which was really unsafe, this was not shared to us at the store so we were expecting a good quality mirror. We contacted the store to discuss the matter and weren't provided a lot of options on how to resolve this. We lived in Cheshire so it was a bit of journey to head back to return it, the manager got in touch and offered a small discount in return to keep it. The discount was very less compared to the total price we paid for it plus we were expecting a mirror with no cracks or was expecting the store to advise us this before we purchased this. Overall was not a good experience hence the poor review, would recommend checking before purchase to avoid the hassle.
