Bellway customer care should be renamed to “we do not care about our customers once they’ve paid and completed the sale”. It’s been 18months and snags are still not done. I understand there is pandemic and lockdowns but they are still building houses no problem. Also they wait a month or two to reply to your email and don’t give you a call back ever.

The admin staff are good but the Menston site I'd breaking access rules; causing muddy havoc ; broke "services cover and left it unattended as dark commenced. The trip hazard was 100%. We barricaded the hazard and then made calls and Open Reach were AMAZINGLY CARING and responded out of hours instantly. Thank goodness no pedestrian suffered injury
