    We was buying a 5 bed house (350k)off this terrible organisation, Glad we didn’t . Even before exchanging contracts we identified numerous issues we the property there workmanship is horrendous , anyway to cut a long story short they where trying to pressure me into exchanging contracts and I wouldn’t until the issues where resolved , now here’s the punchline THEY LEGAL PULLED OUT ON US THE DAY BEFORE WE WAS DUE TO EXCHANGE which left us in a real situation especially because at the shame time my daughter was serious unwell , they just didn’t care one bit , they showed no compassion at all towards our situation Please please please don’t buy with bellway I’m pleased to say we have gone onto buy a 5 bed new home with TAYLOR WIMPY and the service/quality we have received with TW has been outstanding compared to HELLWAY sorry meant bellway

    Bought a new build off Bellway 5 years ago and a lease from their own company. The lease was sold on without leaseholders being asked if they wished to buy first and the plot is now managed by a 1 star rated trustpilot company Mainstay. Calls to Bellway are never returned by the actual people who signed original lease. Be warned.

    We have had nothing but problems with our home since we purchased, site were only too happy to help and practically blackmailed us into signing the customer survey with promises of getting issues resolved. In 6 months we have had windows that cant open, whole house had to be repainted, bi fold doors falling out, bi fold door handles snapping off, outside lights not working, leaks, tiles falling off front of house, internal door locks not functioning, internal doors falling off hinges and the day we moved in the house hadn't even been cleaned. The site manager told me where i sign the form was to say he had been round and not that I was happy with the house and that he would return once completed to sign at the bottom, on review this was a lie so that he could send the form off with us being satisfied with the home, I guess it helps his bonus. I would urge anyone who buys off bellway to not sign the satisfaction form until they are happy 100% and don't buy into the bully and bribing tactics used to get people to sign.
