    Having submitted an enquiry at about 6pm Thursday evening, Julie called me back within minutes. I explained what we were looking for and that we had an appointment around the corner at 11am on the Saturday. Julie was very accommodating and explained that although she was fully booked, if we were to arrive and wait in the car park after our other appointment, she would be able to assist. Our "other" appointment at Bellway springwood did not go according to plan, hence we arrived at Woodland Rise about 11:15. Julie, despite being with other potential customers, acknowledged that she had seen us and continued with her professional approach with the couple she was dealing with. On their departure she quickly reaffirmed our requirements, talked us through the site plan and opened both the show homes. During this process other potential customers arrived without appointments and she dealt with these too, at no time did she make us feel any less important. Julie has full knowledge of the development and nothing was to much trouble. Hopefully we will be buying our forever home from her sometime in the very near future.
