Very poor customer service from the sales rep today. I'm assuming Bellway are relying on the houses selling themselves because the sales rep certainly doesn't seem to be attempting to encourage a sale. It seemed she was actively trying to discourage our presence. Even though I had just confirmed by phone with her that we could attend. There was no attempt to build a rapport. She barked questions at us and then asked outright what our budget was. Then seemed surprised when we told her what we can afford...she shouldn't be in a customer facing role. She should do some unconscious bias training. Further to this, she also didn't wear a mask most of the time. And when I wanted to look at the map she told me to step away as she didn't have her mask on...she should surely just have it on when we entered so that she could be accommodating to our needs. If this is the sales process, God help anyone once you've parted with your money...sheer contempt for customers. No thank you
