I don't recomand this dealer!!! I've paid a lot of money for receive my car more bad than before going on this dealer, they have done 100 miles with my car and to be more nice they broke the volvo logo from my wheel stering and broke some parts from the AC cover where I have it my phone holder. And when I contacted them to let them know about the issues they denied. Also when they called me from the service they told me that I have injector no. 3 leaking and when I asked them how much are cost the parts for the car they told me that are costing me £400. When I received the bill they put some parts for only £100 and to be writted that the injector no. 4 need a job. I really don't recomand this place for an inspection or for any kind of repair. They are absoluty nonprofessional.

Car was in for service. Dropped it off everything ok. Told me they would clean it as well. Tried ringing 6 times at 4pm to see if it was ready...no answer. So went down to pick car up, paid and told where it was. Not washed and when I got in it it stank of body odour. Reeked. I had to drive home with all the windows open. 2 days later and the smell is still lingering. No call from the "service manager" and just realised they have not reset the dashboard service message!!

I had my car delivered last week. Had an ideal experience from start to finish. Jack Gardener who managed my purchase was very helpful, thorough, and prompt throughout the process. He even called us after the handover to check if everything was alright and offered to do an extra handover call to support any queries. I've had a number of new cars from various makes and dealerships, and this has been the best buying experience I've had despite of it being a distance sale. Part of the reason I went with Bells Northampton was the underwhelming response I got from a local dealership, which tells me its not the Volvo, but the dealership that made all the difference for me in this instance. I am glad I made this purchase through them, and would highly recommend irrespective of how far away you are form the dealership. You've certainly made a customer for life here Jack - see you again in 3 years :)

We took my partners volvo to this dealership due to an engine management light. From the word go, they were fantastic! They were welcoming, professional, talked us through every stage of what they'll do and understood we'd need the car back within a couple of days. The work was completed faster than we anticipated and they phoned us with updates of the availability of the car and what was wrong with it, plus what they'd done to fix it. All together, a great experience and we'll be bringing our volvo back for annual serving!
